Yeah, i'm on server 76. Same problem with me.... clearing cache not helping, reinstalling also not helping .....

Solution please.... or maybe it's my time to resign from this game .....

As Tyler suggested, you will want to try a VPN. What you are experiencing is usually an indicator of a poor connection between yourself and the game server. A stable internet connection does help with this, but this is not the sole requirement for a strong connection. This happens often for players with strong local internet connections that are playing outside their region.
