As Tyler suggested, you will want to try a VPN. What you are experiencing is usually an indicator of a poor connection between yourself and the game server. A stable internet connection does help with this, but this is not the sole requirement for a strong connection. This happens often for players with strong local internet connections that are playing outside their region. We recommend using a VPN to connect, or trying multiple VPNs or mutliple VPN servers until you find one that works well for you that routes you around whatever problem you are experiencing.
