I used 400+ season draw tickets before you fixed the bug, can you give me either those season draw tickets back or just some kotetsu frags that match how many guren frags I got please? I got a total of 18 guren frags.

Hello,
When it comes to replacing missing items, only Customer Support can fix problems of that nature. However, it is unlikely that they can help with this issue, as a few draws should have revealed the bug and caused you to stop drawing. However, if you would like to put in a Customer Support ticket, here is the link.

Problem is that that link only lets you select German Naruto online for some reason when youre in Germany. I play on the english servers and the Support was confused and asked me weather i could answer in German or not...

That link takes you directly to your customer service page. If it is taking you to a German version, it is most likely because you have accidentally navigated to a German page in the past. You will want to go to the English version instead.

glad to see nothing has changed ( high sarcasm). put in ticket and nothing happens, cus like usual its the players fault that he did all draws and then noticed. Was in hospital and using phone. hence a little preocupied. just once (and not asking for a miracle) it would be awesome if the people running the game would take responsibility.

Hello, this is one reason why mobile browsers are not supported by Oasis. However, have you heard back from CS, or are you awaiting a reply still?

I didnt start in (and never played on) a mobile Browser but on Kongregate. There was no choice of server so I didnt know German servers were available...
I later switched to th Mini Client
