When it comes to replacing missing items, only Customer Support can fix problems of that nature. However, it is unlikely that they can help with this issue, as a few draws should have revealed the bug and caused you to stop drawing. Problem is that that li
nk only lets you select German Naruto online for some reason when youre in Germany. I play on the english servers and the Support was confused and asked me weather i could answer in German or not... -

I didnt start in (and never played on) a mobile Browser but on Kongregate. There was no choice of server so I didnt know German servers were available...
