flash loading failure

this probelm has been happening for tthe past 2 weeks for me my flash is updated i cleared cache and aa flush DNS i even tried to open the game on different laptop and same result i am now using an andriod simulator to download puffin app to open thhe game Screenshot_98Screenshot_99

so i dowloaded firefox and try to open the game and the just starts with aa black screen and nothing else

starts with this

and goes to this thhere is no loading bar

i did eveery thing andd still nothing it stops att 54% for 30 sec and pops the load failure thing at the bottomScreenshot_104

i really dont want to stop playing the game but it seriously starting tto piss me off

i reinstall for the fifth time and same result freezes at 54% and pops the flassh failure at the bottom

is there a way to remove flash from my pc and them reinstall it

i uninstallled fflash and reinstall it and same thing idk if its rreally a flash probblem or not i mean i can open other mmorpg game like unlimited narruto one piece 2 and dragon ball z so why the fk is narruuto online not oppenning
