You're right about it until a certain extent. Indeed no player should expect the game features to be tailored based on what we want but, at the same time, we'd like a game with

-proper communication

-bug fixed or at least provide a decent timetable on how much time it takes for them to be fixed

-admins avoiding lying to us like if we were a bunch of teenagers (sakura event and ino flowers fiasco docet)

-being treated as customers and not as cows.

And you get that in certain channels that are Official. But here, let me help you.

Involving the treasure? Last time, and as expected for this time. It's intended.
I'm completely with you that it's utterly horrible but that's the decision that our Devs decided for our version.

There's no timetable because certain issues have a hierarchy and priority table.

You honestly think us Moderators like hearing the same question over and over again? They fully are aware of said issues. But again, understanding the hierarchy of the game means quite alot.

Requires misinformation to not be well, misinformed.

We (Moderators) come out as the liars, when in fact it's a change of decision and on the whim of Tencent to Oasis.

I'd like to not be treated as a punching bag too. But when you realize the business aspect of a game is more important to the parent company. It becomes quite obvious.

I'd like to point out to you that the issues mentioned above have nothing to do with mods like you for the main part. I do reckon that the role u have atm is quite complicated especially since you're in the middle between Oasis and the playerbase and you often get bashed for matters which u have no power at all. For instance even though I might have at times a critique stance on the way yourself deal with players (even though sometimes they behave like primary school kids) I have to admit you've been quite efficient. My post was just a general point of view of the actual flow the game.

You mean the actual 3v3 since release been unplayable during certain hours, and till this day has yet to get a patch to it? yeah, there it goes your priority, more important to bring in new features and new ninjas, rather to "prioritize" old content.
