Worth around 60USD, there should be a Kage Medal. With this medal you get all the benefits of a Jonin Medal and more. There's some * players in this game and this would be a better way for those who want to pay. Some F2P players might disagree but i'm sure this wouldn't hurt them a lot.. Maybe decrease Jonin by 250 Ingots to make it more fair.
Extra benefits :

3 Small Stamina Potions a day - This turns out to be very important later game, and could be the difference of you waiting to upgrade something today or tomorrow depending on the time you have.
Sweep 6 in Survival Trial - This won't hurt anyone besides save you time.. If you're high enough and want to spend 60$ on a medal, you for sure can go through the first 6 survival trial battles untouched..
Teleport through the map - Teleport to anywhere on the map. Getting from Konoha to the Land of Wind would be a lot faster.
Sweep Ninja Exam - As long as they aren't a Treasure exam, you could sweep them even without beating them. This is going to give nothing but level 1 magatamas..

Changes :

Free make-up within 7 days - Because 7 makes it a week.
Surival Training by 25% - 5% more coins than Jonin.
Stamina - Stamina is increased by 200. 50 more than Jonin.
Character Instance EXP increased 50% more than Jonin.
Every count goes up +2 - Elite Instance, Ranked, Stamina

Gives you 25 coupons daily.
Life : +75
Attack : +75
Ninjitsu : +50
