huhu I giveup, our server very unlucky, only one person has him and he spend 15k ingots and max out lucky stars for 3 days. no one got it randomly. goodluck guys, * scared to gamble with lucky stars ever again, I probably collect shisui frags slowly now.

Power is irrelevant, it's the luck of the draw. I've picked up hokage minato on free draw with 65k power.

There are probably many other casual players that got him when you were offline. You can't be on 24/7 can u lol.

My server gets 3 of them on average per day so far.

Nah one of my groupmate is online almost 24/7 he notice very much everything and dont worry our server doesnt have too many players to not notice, maybe someone got him, maybe a dumny account for the system haha. If u can see people on your server get 3 of them on average daily then its not that hard to notice if someone gets it. Dont worry im not complaining just trying to imply that its better to get him by his frags less frustrating haha. Its a gamble and i lose hehe, just hope they release him again sooner so can get frags slowly but surely.

You're right. Some don't brother to research and save their coupons and continue to blindly spend these rng events just because several people are gloating that they got a ninja so people feel like they are going to miss out so they try then complain if it doesn't happen to them.

Since from the start of this game, lower power players and alt accounts(since they are alts aka no focus on power) are always "luckier" with these kind of event.

from S131-137 ish, at 69k power, where top 10 powers are between 140 - 90k
