Too many players are stuck in the here and now, so they get frustrated easily and that's why they cannot enjoy the game.
You're right. Some don't brother to research and save their coupons and continue to blindly spend these rng events just because several people are gloating that they got a ninja so people feel like they are going to miss out so they try then complain if it doesn't happen to them.
