in my server no one has it yet hehe, most of us spend coupons and ingots in lucky stars but still not one has him, so I guess he's probably has a daily limit per day or he's not available in some server like in ours to get randomly, need to get him by his fragments I think. probably 15k ingots more or less. just don't get too excited to get him or else you will be frustrated if u cant get him randomly. anyway good luck to all players who got him, I wonder what time they got him though. maybe there's a time he drops maybe not hehe.

Nah one of my groupmate is online almost 24/7 he notice very much everything and dont worry our server doesnt have too many players to not notice, maybe someone got him, maybe a dumny account for the system haha. If u can see people on your server get 3 of them on average daily then its not that hard to notice if someone gets it. Dont worry im not complaining just trying to imply that its better to get him by his frags less frustrating haha. Its a gamble and i lose hehe, just hope they release him again sooner so can get frags slowly but surely.
