Hello, You need to reach Six paths once on your account after that you can get the rewards in between sage and ninja student aswell for each season.

There are plenty of examples in the thread posted earlier but i will give you one again.


This seasonal reward i got Six paths, now in 12 days (1st of march) when the new season rewards are sent out i might be Super kage, this means i will get the super kage rewards (not ninja student)


Basicly as long as you have reached Six paths even once you are capable of getting the other rewards. however if you have not then you will get ninja student reward.

Hmm, I think it's because they never reach 6 paths. The game itself want to push people further I guess. Only people who were 6 paths before yesterday mt will have their rank reset to back special jounin. The rest remain I believe so they will have easier time get to 6 paths this month compare to people who got reset back to special jounin.

Ah so you're saying that this ONLY applies for the first run ever to Sage of the 6 Paths correct? Ok Ok! Now I understand. I guess it is understandable. Thank you for the answer.

"Finally, because we are already in the middle of the month, the normal situation is that ninjas who reached Six Paths Sage rank will have their rank reset to Special Jonin rank.
Good luck!"
So are you guys gonna reset or not the ranks of those that already had Sage of the six paths? Since in your post you say: As for your rank, our plan was not to reset your ranks this month and let you keep your current rank.

Yeah, from what I'm seeing there are multiple conflicting information and my guess is that the team is not fully in line as we may be lead to believe.

Precisely. One side says one thing, then you go and see that someone is saying the opposite. So, please dear mods, enlighten me and the community.
Oh and also, please, try to fix your communication problem. Do you need translators or people that know english? As we saw from the recents events, you guys never explain correctly what happens, the arena rewards was a major let down because "oh you needed to reach once max rank" but that info was not conveyed correctly.

The problem is not between our communication. Our team received wrong information from developers and this caused all problems.

Final solution is - ninjas who reached Six Paths Sage rank will have their rank reset to Special Jonin rank.

Will the servers that didnt get arena rewards yet get compensation for shorther arena season? I mean I lost 2 days of trying to get back to 6 paths already. And are you even planning to adress this situation?

Your server must be at least 60 days old to receive arena rewards. If your server is not old enough, players on your server (including you) won't receive arena rewards. We will add this rule to the game text as soon as possible. Probably with next maintenance (not confirmed yet).

As for cross-server arena. We are still investigating this problem. It is turned on but we are aware that some players are not able to find opponents. Once there is some update or solution for this problem, I will let you guys know.

server 295 about 50 something days old, but this 60 day thing was never mentioned. I guess six path for nothing

my server is 65 days old , was 64 at the maintenance day and didn't receive any rewards though

My server is 273, it should be older than 60 days because monthly logins were GNW Choji for December, Sannin Jaraiya for January and we're on day 17 of Feb with GNW Ino.

Didn't receive any Arena rewards.

You have to open arena first. You know that, right ?

server 276 is 65 days old , server 273 is 67 days old

Check First Rewards (yeah obviously got those)
Checks Season Rewards (yeah still haven't got)

"When a new season starts, you will gain rewards based on highest rank you achieved in the previous season. Rewards will be issued via in-game mail"

Well I've opened Arena, so what do you mean by "You have to open arena first. You know that, right?"
