Hello everyone.
Since we are getting a lot of tickets on our support or a lot of question not only via PM but also on our Facebook page, I'm here to explain what is happening and what are we going to do.
Problems with arena, that includes arena rewards.
Most of you already know that, unfortunately, we have few problems with Arena season and rewards for your current Arena season. At the moment, we are still collecting reports and data regarding arena and all problems connected with it. If you didn't receive your arena rewards, make sure to report it. We will look into it.
Keep in mind, in order to receive full rewards you have to reach rank "Sage of the six paths". If you rank is lower than mentioned rank, you will receive rewards for the lowest rank. Everything is explained in the season rules. !! THIS IS NOT BUG !!
As for your rank, our plan was not to reset your ranks this month and let you keep your current rank. That means free rewards next month. If you are already "Sage of the six paths", you don't have to do anything. You will just get your rewards again at the start of next month. But the main problem we have with ranks is that players are reporting their ranks were changed and they have to start from zero (from the lowest rank). This is not intended and it will be fixed.
Group summon
Okay, first let me say we are really sorry about this "update". This wasn't supposed to come out yet and we are now deciding if we will keep this feature in the game or if we will remove it and add it back at the right time. We know it is already in the game and most of you are happy about it. The reason why we are considering to remove it from the game is that we need and want to make sure it will work as it should. I can't share anymore info about this feature, sadly. We will update you with our result as soon as possible.
If you have any question, feel free to ask and I will gladly answer your questions and concerns.
@Edit : And just to calm everyone. If you want to hear my opinion about Group summon, it won't be removed. Maybe I used the wrong types of words. I'm sorry about that one. But we are still discussing what to do with Group summon.

Quick question: Although I'm sure you can't tell us why we won't be having the rewards from ranks below Six Paths this month but after February, will players receive their intended rewards from Genin to Super Kage? Or is the relevant spot is Six Paths and all other rewards will be removed? -

There are rewards between Ninja Student and 6 Paths. You're saying that you'll only give out those two right now and those between them, will not be handed out. Is this just for this month or is this a permanent thing?
Will the only ranks in Arena that'll matter are Ninja Student and 6 Paths? -

We still haven't been told why players above Ninja Student and below Sage are going to be screwed out of their rewards and ONLY be given Ninja Student Rewards? That's a recipe to have players just quit on the game to be honest. -

What do you mean? Ofc all will be reset even if you were six paths.

So in short :
- No matter who you are or which rank you are, if you didn't reach 6 paths before yesterday mt you will only receive ninja student rewards.
- For people who already reach six paths before yesterday mt, you get the six path rewards.
- After yesterday mt, rank has been reset. But for ppl who already reach 6 paths before that, they will start the new season with 12 bonus pts a.k.a special jounin rank.

That's well and all Kouka but there's one important question that still needs answering. I'm just sharing my thoughts because alot of people in the two servers I play in have asked the same question:
Why players above Ninja Student and below Sage are having their rewards nullified down to Ninja Student? -

Hello, You need to reach Six paths once on your account after that you can get the rewards in between sage and ninja student aswell for each season.
There are plenty of examples in the thread posted earlier but i will give you one again.
This seasonal reward i got Six paths, now in 12 days (1st of march) when the new season rewards are sent out i might be Super kage, this means i will get the super kage rewards (not ninja student)
Basicly as long as you have reached Six paths even once you are capable of getting the other rewards. however if you have not then you will get ninja student reward.

Ah so you're saying that this ONLY applies for the first run ever to Sage of the 6 Paths correct? Ok Ok! Now I understand. I guess it is understandable. Thank you for the answer. -

So just now on a facebook post (https://www.facebook.com/naruto.en/posts/1895789210661849) on your official page, they put the following:
"Finally, because we are already in the middle of the month, the normal situation is that ninjas who reached Six Paths Sage rank will have their rank reset to Special Jonin rank.
Good luck!"
So are you guys gonna reset or not the ranks of those that already had Sage of the six paths? Since in your post you say: As for your rank, our plan was not to reset your ranks this month and let you keep your current rank.

Yeah, from what I'm seeing there are multiple conflicting information and my guess is that the team is not fully in line as we may be lead to believe. -
