Thank God I don't spend in this game and I only lost 40 points, but I still feel like this is like a slap in the face, specially to the players that indeed invested in this event. The least they could have done, after so many days,was to give the players something more to compensate for all the headache all this has caused us all. If they really feel sorry for all this inconvenience they should have just given out Mission Gift Boxes, players get their points back and also get a little extra to make players happy again because in all honesty I am very disappointed.

    So lets make this clear. In next few days, we are going to contact every single one of you via private message. We kindly ask you to edit your first posts (with reports) and add what rewards would you like to get with your points.

    In other words, your compensation will be something from redeemable rewards. But please keep in mind, you can ask for something if you don't have enough points. For example, there is item or ninja fragment for 40 points but you have only 39 points. We won't give you this item or fragment as compensation because you wouldn't have enough points for this reward anyway.

    I hope everyone understands, feel free to ask if you have any questions. Once again, we are really sorry for causing this much trouble.
what if the reward u wanted u already obtained, because your customer service took too long... i ended up gettin the frags i needed for hanzo that i was short by from the daily missions given to me by friends... i have no use for the coins, sage jiraiya frags, or killer bee frags, dango, i already redeemed 20 cave keys as well... the compensation im askin for is the coupons equivalent to 66 boxes... would this be possible??

You need to realize that you are gonna get compensated for the points you missed.

If you choose to gather fragments, knowing that you were gonna receive the remaining points, That's not on us. Please pick what rewards you were gonna redeem your points on as Daiske suggested so we can fix this issue.

As for your last question, That's not possible.

You need to realize that during Holidays, no matter what company or support, it always takes more time to respond to players problems than during normal working days.This is not an excuse, this is fact.

That is no excuse on the company part, if that was the case why didn't you guys state this beforehand why does it take for you guys to come out with this. I enjoy the game but you guys lost my trust on spending high values for the game the point of customer service is to make the customer happy. I understand about fixing the problem but the time that was lost should be the reward to us for *ing with you guys. The points doesn't give back the trust all the way. We should be granted more than just points it doesn't hurt your pockets in no shape and form to give us something extra. I really want you guys to do the right thing to earn back our trust points is only a step.

wait so really ur gonna tell me i'm not gonna do missions handed to me by friends FOR FREE??? what world do u live in where u REFUSE FREE THINGS...i didnt buy extra boxes...i was given missions...Glad to know you guys care highly about your spenders....

hello i saw that a player in my server got his points this morning. but i didnt can you please inform me if im going to get them back before the events ends?
i did get my compensation.. all clear thnx!!!

Replying to paying customers with "You need to realize" is terrible customer service. I understand the bug was unforeseen, the timing was terrible over the holidays and I'm sure your skeleton staff have been stretched. Having said that, there is no excuse for a customer service agent, officially representing the company, to vent frustration at the paying customers.

YOU need to realise that the response given is the bare minimum at the 11th hour.
You need to realise that passing the blame on to the mods only advertises internal incompetence.
You need to realise that we know we're trading real currency for a made up one, in a made up economy, where you can literally type whatever you like into existence, and choose not to. Opting instead to barely cover the initial loss (or not, as leftover points will be scrapped by this compensation model), and ignore the trust lost.
You need to realise that we can go elsewhere with our money.

what a terrible customer server.. i took them to assist me for how many weeks..
i cant even use if for the new event.. i bought the hanzo already..

you guys should make a good compensation, right now even just like refunding the mission box will be greate..
