Details: Completed 10 Missions given from friends, received 10 boxes, opened them received 100 points in addition to 50 from completion of missions. Uses these points to purchase 3 Hanzo Frags. Then purchased 400 boxes from shop, opened 70, only received 40 points. Should have received 700.

I have not opened any more boxes. Would like the correct amount of points or 70 new boxes.

I lost 660 points because i received only 40 from the 70 boxes I opened. Please Correct Immediately.
I already redeemed enough frags for hanzo, i'm maxed with cave keys, i have no desire for any jiraiya or bee frags...as such I would like 1320 coupons as my compensation 66 boxes x 20 cp = 1320 coupons, if this is possible...otherwise 66 boxes will do

I mean its simple math right? just look at the points the boxes opened hey he's missing this amount of points give him these boxes in the mail.....

    Hey there.

    That is not true. We are trying to share as much information with our moderators as possible. We want to make sure they will be able to help you. But you have to understand we can't let them share everything due to specific reasons.

    I'm really sorry for my late reply about this problem.

    So let me explain what happened and what are we going to do.

    What happened - As most of you already know, using "Batch use" function caused few problems. After we received first reports, we started investigating this issue. We found out that indeed, it is problem on our side and we immediately disabled this function. Players are no longer able to use this function until fix will be implemented to the game. We created thread about this problem and started collecting needed information.

    Our solution - In next few days, we will start contacting affected players and we will be sending compensations to them. We need to make sure that they were affected by this problem and not by something else.

    So please, be patient. We didn't forget about you or about this problem. It just takes some time to contact huge community as ours.
LOL....contacting individuals?? how hard is it to see a screen shot and do the math..its kind of joke..

at this point i want my ingots back for 70 boxes.. I already got the rest of the frags from the free dailies in the time its taken them to "compensate" us... The cycle of events ends in what 2 days, and not a single person on this thread has posted that they were indeed contacted or compensated...so we get compensated what after the event ends..what a joke.

    So lets make this clear. In next few days, we are going to contact every single one of you via private message. We kindly ask you to edit your first posts (with reports) and add what rewards would you like to get with your points.

    In other words, your compensation will be something from redeemable rewards. But please keep in mind, you can ask for something if you don't have enough points. For example, there is item or ninja fragment for 40 points but you have only 39 points. We won't give you this item or fragment as compensation because you wouldn't have enough points for this reward anyway.

    I hope everyone understands, feel free to ask if you have any questions. Once again, we are really sorry for causing this much trouble.
what if the reward u wanted u already obtained, because your customer service took too long... i ended up gettin the frags i needed for hanzo that i was short by from the daily missions given to me by friends... i have no use for the coins, sage jiraiya frags, or killer bee frags, dango, i already redeemed 20 cave keys as well... the compensation im askin for is the coupons equivalent to 66 boxes... would this be possible??

  • You need to realize that you are gonna get compensated for the points you missed.

    If you choose to gather fragments, knowing that you were gonna receive the remaining points, That's not on us. Please pick what rewards you were gonna redeem your points on as Daiske suggested so we can fix this issue.

    As for your last question, That's not possible.
wait so really ur gonna tell me i'm not gonna do missions handed to me by friends FOR FREE??? what world do u live in where u REFUSE FREE THINGS...i didnt buy extra boxes...i was given missions...Glad to know you guys care highly about your spenders....
