Its one of the most vague skills in the game luck is not a defined mechanical effect in this game.

Basicly he does absoloutly nothing ingame, all his rates are horrible and its just for flashing

Ranked Battles count? Instances? Duels? Arena? All of the above? I mean I can put this guy in my party and still pwn and if he gets permanent stat bonuses per use I'm all for this.

What does the "luck" stat do?

Aww man. I missed out on yesterday's Christmas calendar and will not be able to collect all 80 fragments.

Then I saw that if I buy a medal, I can backtrack, claim that missed day and once again be able to get him/it.

Problem is, is he worth spending money specifically to buy a genin medal to get him? I have the money, but I'm still a F2P player because I'm not ready to spend money on this game yet.

Not sure if you can buy a Genin Medal and claim it but it'd be better if you bought Jounin or Monthly coupon pack
I doubt he's that worth it, that's just my opinion though haha I guess he's a troll ninja
