Most of those are coming to the game, unfort Scarlet isnt getting sharigan.... the asian versions of the game have a more complete roster check it out if you want to see whats coming down the pipe

You can see here all the characters added to CN or others servers http://*.qq.com/tool/huoying/mnq.htm and you can make combos with them,etc.

Try use the General section in the forum for this kind of suggestions so the staff can give you and anwser
because this section is for strategys.
