that is not possible. Your Chakra runes can't disappear without any reason. Are you sure you didn't fuse them with other chakra runes ?

I was able to re-create this problem today when I was switching out my runes again. I know how crazy it sounds, it doesn't happen consistently too. (Atleast that's what I think, Iam scared to try again, I don't want to loose my gold runes.)
Iam 100% certain of not synthesizing.

What I did was un-equipping every rune from Character Slot 1.
Then I started un-equipping runes from Character Slot 2 and re-equipping at the same time, I just wanted to switch out Slot 1 with Slot 2 basically.
Then I saw 1 Inferno (Gold) rune missing.
However, the new Inferno rune now is LVL 7, so it somehow synthesized without me clicking on synthesizing.
I know that now, because I leveled all my runes to lvl 5 first. Then started at Character 1 again to level up to 6.
Now I got 1 rune lvl 7.

I assure you I did NOT click on synthesize, because then all the runes would be gone as I unequipped them all.
It has something to do with same runes being un-equipped/equipped while you got them in the right Inventory since the only rune that was double was the Inferno rune. Both Character Slot 1 and 2 had one Gold Inferno Rune. One level 5 and the other lvl 6. This post was last edited by Yunomegasai at 2016-12-13 04:19
