and got tobirama when i upgrade my ba to lvl 2 :victory:
and when i saw that my luck is op i bought a lottery ticket and won 1 mil usd:victory::)
so i decide to top up 150 ingot and go for anther spin and guess what i got him again not once but twice with 1 spin 160 frags :D
so i am the only player with 4stars minato and i am thinking to go for the third spin so i can upgrade him to 5stars:@:lol:lol:lol

please help me, I did not see this notification in the forum and the text in the game did not say that it will RESET and remove my free spin at 12AM HK time. I have lost over 20 free spins because I recharged less than an hour before it removes my free spin. many accounts are affected and we have submitted our email with the in-game customer service function, please help.

Some people are looking at this event the other way. They just want Minato and it's the only way to get him.
Most people who are recharging hundreds firmly believe that they will land him...but they're wrong. They set a fixed recharge rate before for Sarutobi, so imo they should've set a fixed rate for heavy spender's as well in the source code so they at least get something other than coins and l2 magas when they're spending a few hundred USD.

Ye no one's entitled to receiving him as it's "luck based", however it's a big kick in the face to heavy spenders and a wrong business move imo when it doesn't hurt this business or frankly cost them anything to give out a few extra ninjas to the people paying for their living.

Bingo, ive lost all motivation to play after spending hundreds on this game week in and week out, but i just feel completely ripped off now. Discount ninjas with base price raised. Recharge event with crap odds and no fail safe, and another money sink power boost. Come the f on.

Worst part? Our server still cant kill nine tails and we fail to have enough for sage. So f merges but give us these freat rip off events. Im so done.

1st Hokage box was different. People got their money back in the event (i.e. Dice). They got magas, seals, and pts for the event selected ninjas. The packs were something on the side and everyone understood their chance at the 1st.

But you do know that everyone by now knows the pull rate for 1st is either the 400th or 800th tendo pull.
Knowing this information not many players were dissapointed not pulling 1st from the box, as their intention and motive for paying on the event is not the 1st and rather the other gains from the event. I'd go straight for seals if I wanted 1st hokage and I know it will cost 50k or 100k ingots.

This event is much different. Nothing right now can give you Minato other than the recharge wheel.

He kinda has a point, you see spenders taking chances on a minato, when the forums where hyping him up, you reap what u sow my friend, if you're a spenders, you have to deal with chances, even if u tell 400 or 800th pull on tendo treasure still doesnt guarantees you hashirama or tendo pain...let's be real, like thanksgiving wheel, it's about wasting you ingots at chances, instead of raw power, then you go to the forum ofc whinning about you cant get this ninja or that ninja, the dice event was pretty much the same when it came of a chance to get hashirama in the box.

No the dice event was different. You get you're moneys worth and my intention was not Hashirama nor were many others. As much as you want to back up the whole RNG, data proves Hashi/Tendo is at the 400th and i've been pulling a rare ninja on my 60th as well single/ten-pulls lands you a rare ninja at the xth pull data suggests.

If you did not read, the die-hard fans want Minato and they're willing to pay for it.
Hashi can be obtained for $1250-2500 which is set in stone, so it gives everyone a number which then p2p players can decide if they want to dish out 1-2k for a super rare ninja.

Minato is also a recharge rebate ninja. Like Sarutobi and Iruka from previous recharge events, people got rewarded with fragments or the ninja itself at xth recharge. Consistency should exist in these events at the cost people are paying.

I'm sure those who charged few hundred $ did not charge the ingots for the event items, and their one and only intention was Minato.
There's really not much things to get from this event for the heavy spenders, as they've most likely bought them before in prior events.
The 30-40% off is nice, but the cost to land that 30-40% offsets the savings. For example is a 30% mood discount even possible? Went through 100+ keys and have not seen anything over 20% mood.

Sure we're whining, but in the end this company loses. I myself, as well as many heavy spenders have openly stated the spending will stop if events like this keep up. It's my month in this new game, i've spent over a thousand already and more th*l the games i've spent ac*ulated in the 20 or so years i've been playing mmo's. Adding everything up, just a bag full of disappointment.

I'm also currently sitting at 4* Iruka hoping to 5* him, but the re-rolls on Sage keys is annoying as hell, not to mention they're making me do it for 5 days straight to get the 380 frags I need to 5* him.
