each ninja will tell you what is best for them. it is listed just under the 5 stats. and says "life and ninjustsu are important attributes of **" its just above the refresh *on. i hope this hes you figure out what is best for your ninjas. good luck

really depends how you use Itachi
well its written there Life and Defense

Life is more on filling the low hp pool of Itachi
Ninjutsu is more on buffing up his Amaterasu damage
Defense no idea why its recommended in game with low hp pool of Itachi

in my opinion
my team has Iruka so I put Life mood and put him as a Tank because his Tsukuyomi isnt prompt activation and put him in 1st slot because it increase his clone crow activation and let enemy annoyed because of his evasions

I don't have Iruka, and there are people talking if Defense raises Itachi's evasion rate. I'm going to try with Defense in him, and see if their is a difference in evasion for him.

However looking at his stats. It looks like Resitiance is high for Itachi.

Ninjutsu will improve his damage, chance to sleep , chance to dodge, Might as well drop attack

Wait i thought they go like this

Life - HP
ATK - Tai
Nin - Nin
Defense - Tai Reduction, evasion
Resistance - Nin Reduction, Shield

Correct me if i'm wrong.

Rumor is dodge is attached to defense, so the higher the defense the higher the dodge rate is. I personally +life and -attack since his health growth rate is awful.
