Its most likely due to you having only 2* ninjas. Almost all of mine were 3* at that point, with some 4*. Do Strong Approaching which is the best way to power leap. The best team for f2p is Kakashi, Tobi, Hinata. Celestial Prison chase, Genjutsu Mirror, Oboro Clone. Use white serpent summon. I still use this team and I switched to water. I use the chakra blade though for gauranteed crit making immobile, and using shiba for the summon. Use coupons for magatama in the store, only buy the level 4 ones. Should be solid after that.
Also, why do you not have any GNW ninjas? And whats with the lack of common 3* found in free draws?

Magatamas are pure power, but refines are better for getting an edge on the competition although risky and more expensive since they fail a lot.
