you can get only his fragments but they're rare in treasure to get some actually

Yeah, his fragments seem to drop rarely but they're definitely in there. I see them just as often as I see main character fragments in Bond...which is to say, not often. :p

Ive had fragments of him drop from time to time in seal treasure too. Just rare but def there.

One of my ftp mate was able to recruit him by 20 frag from event and 10 from treasure. I know this specifically because I was only able to get 20 and wondered how in the world of *beep* he was able to recruit.... so... it had to come from somewhere, ryt?
