dont underestimate the remaining stats as Combo- Control - Injury - Critical
i mean i know Initiative is the most critical one in the game but... injury is very good cause if you have high injury you will hurt your opponent a lot and at the same time you will suffer less dmg from his critical attacks.. control is very reliable cause you have a chance to have the enemy fail his accupunture / immobile /chaos and at the same time you have more chances to apply your CC.. combo is very good also cause you will have more chances to start a combo with your ninjas plus you will have more chances to avoid a combo from your enemy except the combo starters ninja's like Sage Naruto... Critical is critical we all know what does it do!!! :D
