Moderators should just take those comments as constructive feedback instead of being defensive. The rates are already horrible as it is and no one would pay so much for an incomplete ninja so yea. it is feedback in a sense and gladly take it instead. Try working out a good formula for people willing to pay for such things and bring it to the publishers. Being greedy as a company does not work out well. I'm pretty sure the spend rate in this event is low and those who did spend were not really too happy with the outcome. There has to be a middle ground drawn between profit mongering and customer satisfaction so the way your replies come in do not help the situation.:)
