-Acupuncture the 3rd giant on round 1.
-Summon Sai's lions after you get attacked.
-Interrupt Shizune on the beginning of wave 2.
-Sai will start the combo on the first round of wave 3, on second round acupuncture Karin and use Earth Main's mystery to start the combo.
-Jiraiya will use his mystery on the second round of wave 4, inturrupt him.
-Hanzo will use his mystery on the third round of wave 5.
