He has more initiation than yours

In Arena we have the same stats. However, I doubt he can even have a initiation bonus because there aren't still refined items (no one is level 40).

It is either Randomly done , Or it depends on which Player waited the most to join a Battle

if you watch correctly.. his main is on move 1.. not move 2.. so when you both are move 1.. it will go randomly bcs like you said your server didn't have level 40 yet..

His line-up is included in the screen? Above his main character it says "Move 2" how I should watch this closely to make it Move 1?

When initiative is not considered, the order you place your ninjas on your team matters too if i remember correctly.
Did you move your main after your other ninjas have been place into their positions?

I don't really understand what you are trying to say.. But the order is in the right pics.

The order you drag/move your ninjas onto your team,
for example if you drag gai sensei and place him on your team first, then you have moved your lightning main, you'll see gai sensei buffing your team before your main does with lightning enhancement.

Wow.. That's not said anywhere in the game and its actually pretty important. So what I should drag in first to make my lightning main do the first move?

Well the attack order in formation stands above the chars. heads.
since ur Main is there he is, he gonna have attack order 2, while ur enemy which got his Main on top right,
gonna have attack order of 1.

This matters a lot, if your initiative/agility is the same.
& if your main was on top right, & the enemy main bottom front, but even if he got some agility, your main would attack 1st.
Edit: GG... I mixed his & ur's formation, well mistakes happen.
But your Main should idd go 1st, when his top, unless you was too slow activating the mystery, since its some hidden timer.

Well I've just tested with a friend what the real deal actually is and everything wrote on this topic is wrong... The real thing is that in the situation where both players have the same initiative whoever loads first in duel (this is where I've tested) goes first. This is pretty bull* tbh. They should at least do something not to get mirror match-ups in the Arena....

Whoever goes first is random I am convinced of this. Sometimes with Neji I fail to cancel a Jutsi before it is cast than in a few rounds later I cancel the Jutsu before it is cast.

Server lag/your own lag can play a huge difference when it comes to arena or in general 1v1 fights, sometimes a move 4 can move faster then a move 1 because of it.

I'm not sure if that actually affects in battle action order. What it certainly affects is the begin of battle action order. It's more important for players who uses multiple clone/puppets as different placement order could result in different clone placements.
Note that moving any character will place that character into the 4th slot for this purpose, so you dont have to remove your ninja from team to readjust this, just move stuff back and forth.

when you check ninja tab and see your lineup, theres move 1-4. in battle move 1 will ALWAYS go before 2-4, unless your skill is turn based like hidan/sasuke barrier. if you are facing move 1 x move 1 ninja. initiative will play a role in this. otherwise theres no bull* like its random etc. server lag can screw you severaly as it takes a bit of time before game realized you are casting. so its possible with bad connection to be "slower".

you were probably late on casting there is no other explanation
