So, I logged on at 12AMEST which is 5AM on the server I play on (S146 BLUE SNAKE), and it seems like only HALF of the things are reset. For example, the ninja exam is rest but the plot/elite instances are not. I tried donating to the guild, said limit was exceeded even though it said 0 donations. The time is also wrong on there, unless I'm just being *. Says 4AM instead of 5AM (usually says 5AM at 12AM EST). And just a lot of stuff like this.
