I just hit level 45, and now have the ability to create a second team for ranked battle.

So far I've been using a lineup that I think I read on one thread or another;

I have no idea what to use for a second team. When it gave the info it said something about one being a defensive team, so I'm not entirely sure how that works.

Any suggestions are welcome, also I don't mind "breaking up" my current team. They were something I read and tried and they seemed to do quite well so I stuck with them.
