i hit lvl 80 yesterday, so as well my other friends, but unfortunately no plot or elite instance yet, or no team instance available too, when will they going to update it?

agree lol, im a casual player and i play the game everyday, 7 hours, still at lv 73

Level cap at least allow you to make all your equipment strengthening hit the cap. As long u dont reach that, there still time to keep it.

Have you gotten at least 12 characters maxed out to 80 and full cultivated/awakened?

If you're lvl 80, chances are, you have more than 12 characters to juggle, so work on getting all those upgraded. That alone should take a huge amount of time
