Is this a bug?

When I tried to log onto my main account, on Naruto forums, it shows a message "Password or account error". The client and the game server list on the Web page both displayed that I have the wrong password. I have not changed my password.

Can the team fix this issue? Or do I have to wait when appealing?

Edit:

Yes, I did type the correct information. I have my username and password stored in a KeePass file.

But, it looks like the password appeal is working now. I guess I will have to wait until I get appealed.
