This error message typically indicates an unstable connection to the server, which could be caused by various factors, including the Static IP you're using. This might explain why your internet appears to be functioning, but you're still encountering the error.

One possible solution is to perform a hard reset on your internet connection.

To do this, unplug both the power and coaxial cables from your modem for 30 seconds, then reconnect them.

Next, press the Windows+R keys to open the "Run" window, type in "CMD," and press OK to launch the Command Prompt. Once it's open, type ipconfig /flushdns and hit Enter. You should receive a confirmation that the DNS Resolver Cache was successfully flushed.
