ive seen people say you c*e the Mac version of 360 browser to play on Chromebook but have no idea how, if I'm wrong please tell me

Chromebook is a bit different than Mac due to their operating systems. Best bet is to download the 360 browser and see if it works. It is a third party application to play the game, so understand it may not work as well as the miniclient.
