Hi guys, Can anyone please explain why everytime i change my main, Like from fire to wind etc etc, This window pops up each time and when i put in my infos, It just reloads and stays the same

And i need to close the client and open it again each time i change the main. Heeeelp!!

same with me, i use the mini client from microsoft store that i download last year before they removed it so i just closed the tab then reopen it at the server login tab
