Hi,
As the server maintenance on the third server started about 30min before the end of the power event. I lost my chance at the rewards.




So give people some heads up, when there will be one or don't start the maintenance before the end of a event.

Hello,

actually. The deadline of the New Server Event (such as Level up event, Group event etc ..) is the player's local time, not server time.
