my online user name is KayamaOta i recharged on 15 of september 2023 this is the fourth day and i still dont have my ingots i contacted customer support and they said i should provide them with screenshots and i dont have any screenshots

Well you need to show the Customer Support proof of purchase ( Receipt / Invoice )

What payment method you use? Im sure all kinds will give you a receipt , just snap that and send them

the problem is that i bought the ingots by the browser version of the game there was no way of saving screenshots i use credit card payment

i wanted to buy again the 1000 ingots package it says the payment is successful but the money isnt taken from my account i think the problem maybe its from my end

can i buy ingots using uk phone number becuase when i tried with credit card it failed two times

Hello

Via credit card the receiving of the ingots can have a delay, if it is past 1 hour please make a ticket. You can find the ingame Customer Support via the "?" *on in the top right corner of the client.
