Hi , i am new to server 2196 *ing , and i am rank 31 power on my server ...

even though i don't have my daily free SS convoy plunder ....

any idea why ?

Hello,

SS convoy/Plunders are regulated with Ranked battle rankings.
To do an Extra SS convoy for coupons your Ranked battle ranking has to be top 100 for unmerged servers and top 50 for merged servers.
