i know it was my fault but earlier i had an option to use hardworking hero clothing , or refinement, or myobuku froggies. i chose hardworking i forgot that i already had hard working synthesized a year ago. soooo yea... could i recover that option please?

All issues of item recovery have to be taken to the in-game CS platform. You can access this platform and put in a ticket by clicking the question mark on the upper right hand part of your miniclient.
