Even though I reached lvl 100 in growth scroll( I have bought the premium scroll) I can not draw in the lottery wheel. On top of the wheel it says I have 50 experience but again I have reached lvl 100

Hello,
As it says on the draw page (the bold red letters at the bottom), each draw consumes 100 experience. If you only have 50 experience, then you do not yet have enough to draw.

Thank you! My understanding was that it will use the exp i have gotten so far to roll until it hit lvl 0

Ah, unfortunately not. It's only experience you have gained at that point. However, since you are so far ahead that means you will get a lot more draws than most.
