As it says on the draw page (the bold red letters at the bottom), each draw consumes 100 experience. If you only have 50 experience, then you do not yet have enough to draw.

Ah, unfortunately not. It's only experience you have gained at that point. However, since you are so far ahead that means you will get a lot more draws than most.
