It's not that hard to upgrade Armor to rank 3. After rank 3 it becomes a real struggle.

Also, I believe I upgraded my Armor to rank 3 before 80. If I remember correctly possibly even before 70. You guys just had bad luck. Regardless, it would be nice to get some more definitive numbers instead of just guessing and hoping.
