If you are lightning main, 3 star Sasuke is a must, even just for 9 tails, but he is great with most lightning teams as well, Hinata/Sasuke/Karin and Kimimaro/Sasuke/Jugo.

Best you can do at the moment is.

This is great team all round, can clear survival easy and does well in sage/arena/pve.
