From discussing it with different users, and different ISPs, and from what has helped them, it appears as if this outage has been caused by the volcanic eruption, which has caused a large amount of issues with certain servers, and the only way to bypass it is to find a VPN and a VPN server that allows you to bypass the servers that are down. However, the servers are diligently trying to correct issues and are doing so as quickly as they can.

It's quite annoying when you guys basically say it's not your fault, it's on our end. That's not true. There's nothing we can do about this black screen so you need to find a solution for it.
