Hello, this training only completes if you activate the power of moon/sun while the training is active. It will not activate if you are not currently cultivating on that specific main character either. So, in order to activate this training, you have to actively be on the set main that you are training, and be cultivating one of the skills when you reach the limits for power of sun/moon.
