Hello,
I believe that "Resolved" means that your issue, whatever it is, has been completed and, well, resolved. This means that the customer service agent in charge of it has marked it as completed.
Is this in regards to your ongoing issue with accidentally spending all of your ingots? If so, this is why it was marked as "Resolved," they most likely consider that issue finished.

If you weren't contacted back, how did they contact you back to tell you that? I'm not really sure I understand what you're saying. Could you post screenshots of the conversation? Maybe I can help you piece together what they're telling you.
