One of our nins asked how to recharge from the country of Vietnam. Would anyone have some advice, please and thank you.

I haven't even looked. I figured I would immediately ask people smarter than me.

Hello,
Is he unable to recharge via the normal methods? Does he get some sort of error method? If so, what is the error message?
Thanks!

He hasn't tried. I will talk to him about it. I presumed he would have difficulty recharging from a different country. I'm getting the sense that it's supposed to be easy even with the conversion of Vietnam currency to USD. We will take a look and get back to you. Thank you for your time. Stay safe and have a wonderful week!

Most of the options I am familiar with and would not work for the country of Vietnam. Which recharge options are available for them to use?

Hello, does he have access to methods such as PayPal? Recharging through debit/credit should transfer the currency charged to his own currency through the debit/credit company automatically.
