I wanted to buy keys for Greate Plates but by mistake I bought keys for Treasure key that had to disappear today can I somehow recover what I consumed on Treasure key considering that it is a bug that they remained in the shop?

Hello, in regards to the actual bug posted here: The treasure keys should not be available this week, and we have asked that the devs remove them from shop. In regards to spending on a bugged item, please contact CS, they will be able to verify and help out with your situation. I will include a link to CS below.

Note: I will be cleaning up this post to allow others who have experienced this issue to easily fix their issue. Thank you guys for trying to help.

They seriosuly dont do anything except giving us lame excuse or same replies again and again as Its bot not real them :p

well trust me Nothing can be changed even they cant give u exchange or refund of coupons :p trust me it happened to me and my friend many times

Customer Service has to check records on each account that this happened to before they can proceed with fixing things. Sorry for the delay. I will attempt to get them to expedite things due to the end of the event week nearing.
