[ Bugs ] Something wrong with Zenith ...again

Something's wrong with Zenith. Again. This time we don't have "wait global", but matchmaking dosen't work at all. Currently I have been waiting for a fight for over 30 min and no matches are seen to be going on in the background.

How long we were supposed to have matchmaking going on before getting a free win? I can't remember.

Edit: now over 40 min looking for opponent and nothing's happened yet.

Over 1 hour and counting... Just wishing mechanic that gave a free win if searching went too long would have worked. I have a feeling my losses becouse of that could be counted in coupons by now. Any way I could ask for compensation by this point, or something?

Over 80 min by the time I had to stop for the night, since Sage would start about 10 min from that point. And old "wait global" message showed itself when I tried to cancel. Had to refresh the whole game to get out. One of the best nights to do Zenith went to waste, I'll be lucky if I manage to do all 8 Zeniths this month.

Hello,
While you are in queue and the "searching for opponents" pane pops up, it will render the backdrop inaccessible. You will not be able to view new matches. Specifically, that backdrop will not refresh, so you should not use it as a metric for whether or not new matches are occurring.

Unfortunately, this is a known bug that has yet to be fixed. You were disconnected server side at some point but your side did not get the message for some reason, leaving you seemingly in queue when you actually were not. To remedy this, I suggest cancelling the queue periodically, especially in the first minute if there is no match.

Hopefully this issue will be resolved in a future update. Thanks for your patience in this matter.

Tachibana same thing happens in Normal arena and Decesive bonds then i have to refresh whole page and wait to load that waste my time :(

I think there are bots in customer support because everytime i complain or say something i get same replies with same words no single word changes :P

This is most likely
A) because we have specific line items are supposed to say and
B) because you asking very similar questions to others and to questions you have asked in the past.
In answer to your question, please try refreshing the game and going back into decisive bonds. And yes, this is very similar to other responses, because turning it off and on again tends to work, so it is often the first thing suggested.

(A) even if i change change my words or something like that the replies i get is same Exact words no * changes etc even i complain again after few months later...

furthermore, tachibana whenever i beat Treasure Ninjas in Training grounds event a Message appears that i obtained a gold key whereas I used it and didnot obtained it.
