First image is from mini client. When I log in to game it shows some sort of error in loading a few resources, and if i capture screen, The screen expands or something, and stuff below the loading bar cant be seen in the screenshot.

After that, it loads to 100% and then Black screen appears. refreshing, clearing cache doesnt help either.

The second screen is from chrome browser. Till this morning, it was running fine on my browser and when I opened it at evening for Matsuri, this is what I saw. Turns out a lot of people are facing this problem. I can open the game on puffin browser on phone, nowhere else. Please suggest a fix

try mozilla firefox browser (updated latest version), work for me

Hello, the devs have been working on this. They have requested that players ensure they enable TLS protocols 1.1 and 1.2 on web browsers. Please let us know if you still have issues after doing so.

Same problem here, in this morning i lose all my cultivation rune from 10k++ to 0. In a few minutes the 0 cultivation replaced with 2k, so i've 2k cult rune now. In 1 or 2 hour, i suddenly logged off from the game. So, I try to logged in again but I can't.. I already use TLS 1.1 and 1.2, try to login with FF, Edge, Opera but still can't logged in again.

Okay, thank you for letting us know, I have passed this along and they are working on a solution.

Someone else already replied, but yeah, its not a specific issue to that player, the settings change nothing.

In the meantime I sure love having to use the piece of * mini client just to play, constant crashes, lags worse than my schools old dial up connection and when crashes happen it forgets log in details and then takes multiple attempts to successfully load. 10/10 software, clear to say where the whales money is going

Hi, i have the same issue with google chrome since this morning.

Works fine with mini client.

I activated TLS 1.1 & 1.2, nothing...

I have tried all browsers and can't get in the game at all.

Today got the same screen in Edge browser. However, client works even tho its laggy. Tried another browser and it worked there also like usual. Don't even understand how this issue happens. Some people cannot play anywhere, some can play only and only in client, someone has no issue (like me even tho 1 browser today had this issue), someone gets it in time and some browsers work and some don't. Very weird and random. And most of the people already tried every possible solution.

chrome is broken settings not helping edge browser works fine and client too although both are laggy and will crash from time to time
