Just ignore him - he's just wants to promote his videos and you asking for help is his way to be able to. Basically, ignore anyone trying to promote their videos when you ask for help since they won't bother writing it in the forum post, which would require you to look at the videos, which you did for him.

Honestly, the only reason why to spend on this week's fuku is to work on the madara GNW BT we would get in the future. There isn't a lot of place to spend effectively. Madara is a support ninja and if you need a P1 ninja, the only one i could think would be kakashi but you can get him cheaper in other events since sakura is, on average, more expensive. Minato would take a lot of work on as you need to get him to 4* and work on the BTs.
