Are any or all of you part of the June 1st server merges? Also, still provide me with more information and clarification about your situations. I.e., rankings, points, whether you are only missing coupons or are missing coupons and other rewards, etc. As much information as you have, please.

We are part of a merge (1356 - 1360 - 1364). (June 1) We are missing all rewards for the ranking seasonal. Coupons, frags and etc. None of us got the ranking spring titles or rewards. No coupons. Nothing. New season if working fine. We can get rewards for completing tasks and etc. Thats not the point. None of us got the rewards from last season ranking with coupons and stuff.
What do you mean by ranking info? Which of us had which place on our server before merge?
Same as in topic https://forum-narutoen.oasgames.com/page/show-post-46789-1.html. Nobody noticed that they gave rewards but in 20 coupons, ha. I wrote a ticket as you said, but we expect an explanation and a fix, because for everyone it took 3 months to get these coupons. So for some reason we got the rewards but in funny insanely small amount + everyone got the same amount of 20 coupons.
Finally after asking for merges for several several months we get a merge and everyone is happy and Oasis still manages to fully destroy all positive feedback with a bug that nullifies your 3 month work. Nice. I do hope this will be resolved and fixed but its really frustrating how people work.

Same issue for my account in S1342 Final Shot. Was merged this morning and only received the 20 coupons instead of the 500 I should have got.

This section applies to those that are in servers merged on June 1st.
First of all, thank you for your patience while I looked into this matter. I know that this is very frustrating situation, especially since season rewards are a culmination of literal months of hard work, so it is appreciated, that you all take the time to be polite and courteous instead of insulting and overbearing!
In regards to the situation, there is/was an unfortunate and unexpected interaction between the server merges and the end of the spring season event. The way the season events work is that they require a player to log into them one time before they are marked as "active" for that season, and that is a per-server recognition. This means that when all players were merged into a single new server, none had yet been marked as "active" for that season unless they were able to check into the season UI between the time that the server merger maintenance ended and the server reset occurred (except, possibly, for those on the hosting server, who are likely not speaking up about their good fortune about jumping up in the server ranks). This is just a quirk in how the season system is designed. You may have noticed previously that none of your actions in game have counted towards season rewards until you checked into the Season UI system by clicking the green link the first time during each month on the right side of the screen. This is the same thing.

I have been informed that Customer Support will be looking into this situation and may give compensation based upon their findings. Regardless, I suggest you put in a CS ticket with your relevant screenshots displaying what I asked for above (showing your ranking when you attempted to redeem rewards, etc.).

Again, thank you for your patience in this matter, and I'm sorry that the server merges affected you so negatively due to how rushed they were with getting them out for everyone.
