1) To say the least, no. A set of ten is usually defined by pulling a 3* ninja in most treasures, or, in the case of GNW Treasure, a sparkly card who's not something basic like Tenten, Sasuke, all the regular ninja, or others like Haku. Pulling one by one to get a 3 star would usually take more overall pulls then pulling in sets of 10. You want to pull in sets of 10 for maximum efficiency, the only reason you should ever pull singular draws are for Free Pulls.

2) As much as I hate to say this, I don't fully understand what's being asked, but I'm assuming your asking if you have to do all 400 draws within a single day. In all cases, the draw counter does not reset. As long as you pull a total of about 40 3* Ninja from Tendo Treasure, you should get Hashirama Senju or Pain-Tendo. You can do all 400 on one day, you can do all 400 among multiple days, it's all the same. Just make sure to draw in sets of 10.

I hope I helped!

All pulls will be counted for all SR, whether you did it in one day or over the span of months. The only exception is the time limited treasures, which you have to pull I think around 220 seals to get at once. When those treasures leave, their counters will be reset.
